Fan Construction
Impeller: Radial or backward-curved impeller consisting of blades, front/rear plates and a central hub.
Scroll Casing: Volute-shaped casing with a circular inlet and tangential discharge outlet. The casing is formed from welded steel plate sections.
Main Shaft: A solid shaft passes through the impeller hub and extends to the external drive side.
Bearing Housing: External bearing housings support the main shaft on both sides of the fan assembly.
Inlet & Outlet: Flanged inlet and discharge openings provide fixed connection points between the fan casing and ductwork.
Drive Assembly: Direct-drive versions connect the motor to the fan shaft; belt-drive versions use a motor pulley, fan pulley and belt transmission.
High-Pressure Performance
High Static Pressure Capability: The centrifugal design develops the pressure required to move air through high-resistance ductwork, filtration equipment, cyclones and process equipment.
Stable Operation: The impeller and scroll casing maintain consistent airflow across the specified operating range as system resistance changes.
Controlled Vibration: Each impeller is dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 Grade G2.5, limiting residual imbalance in the rotating assembly.

FAQ
Q: What information is needed to order an industrial high pressure fan?
A: Provide the required airflow, static pressure, gas temperature, medium, gas density, dust concentration, power supply, installation layout and existing fan data if replacing an installed unit.
Q: Can an industrial high pressure fan replace an existing fan?
A: Yes. Replacement orders can be matched using the existing fan model, nameplate, GA drawing, inlet/outlet dimensions, rotation direction, discharge position and mounting dimensions.
Q: How do I select the correct fan rotation and discharge direction?
A: Confirm the required rotation and discharge direction from the plant layout and duct routing before production. The fan outlet orientation is specified in 45° increments.
Q: What motor power supply information should be provided for quotation?
A: Provide the motor voltage, frequency and phase, together with the required motor power or system operating point, so the electrical configuration can be specified correctly.
Q: Can the fan be supplied with a motor and drive assembly?
A: Yes. The fan can be supplied in direct-drive or belt-drive arrangements, with the drive configuration confirmed as part of the order.
Q: What should I provide when ordering a fan for dusty or abrasive gas?
A: Provide the dust type, dust concentration, particle characteristics and gas temperature. This information is used to determine the appropriate impeller and wear protection configuration.
Q: What documents should I request before approving the fan order?
A: For procurement and project approval, request the GA drawing, performance data, motor documentation, material certificates, balancing record, O&M manual and spare-parts information.
Q: How can replacement spare parts be identified for future orders?
A: Use the original fan model and serial number together with the supplied drawings and parts information. This allows replacement components to be matched to the original fan.
Q: Can the fan be ordered for export projects?
A: Yes. Export orders can be prepared with the technical documentation and configuration information required for overseas installation, commissioning and future maintenance.
