Smoke Exhaust Performance
High Airflow
The aerofoil impeller and adjustable-pitch blades deliver airflow up to 120,000 m³/h for rapid smoke removal in large enclosed spaces.
Stable Airflow
The centrifugal impeller and drive system maintain the required airflow and static pressure through long ducts, bends and smoke-control equipment.
High-Temperature
Heat-resistant components and the specified fire-rated configuration allow the fan to operate at F300 or F400 conditions for the required emergency smoke exhaust duration.
Dual Duty
Selected configurations can support both normal ventilation and emergency smoke extraction when the project design requires a fan for both operating duties.

Motor Configuration: Class H insulation with IP55/IP56 protection for high-temperature smoke exhaust duty.
Drive Configuration: Direct-drive or belt-drive according to fan size, motor power and installation requirements.
Selection: Specify the required fire rating, temperature, duration, airflow, static pressure and power supply when requesting a quotation.
Applications
Road & Railway Tunnels
Tunnel smoke extraction systems for vehicle-fire scenarios.
Underground Parking
Car-park ventilation and emergency smoke extraction systems.
High-Rise Buildings
Smoke exhaust systems serving atriums and other large enclosed spaces.
Industrial Facilities
Smoke and high-temperature exhaust systems in industrial buildings.
Custom Configuration
For engineered projects, the fan can be manufactured to match the approved system design.
Special Materials: Stainless-steel or project-specified materials for corrosive or high-temperature environments.
Flange Drilling: Custom flange dimensions and bolt-hole patterns to match existing ductwork.
Discharge Arrangement: Project-specific discharge orientation and fan mounting arrangement.
Drive Arrangement: Direct-drive or belt-drive configuration based on fan size and installation constraints.
Inspection Requirements: Factory performance testing, special inspection or third-party witness testing when specified in the purchase order.
Testing & Quality Control
Material Traceability: Structural steel, impeller material and other critical metal components are checked against the corresponding mill test certificates to verify material grade and batch traceability.
Impeller Balance: Each completed impeller is checked by computerized dual-plane dynamic balancing to ISO 1940 Grade G2.5. The balance result is recorded before assembly to control vibration during operation.
High-Temperature Test: Batch samples are operated at the specified F300 or F400 temperature for 120 minutes. The test checks continued fan operation and identifies abnormal deformation, interference or component failure after heat exposure.
Performance Test: Airflow, static pressure and motor electrical input are measured on the assembled fan using an ISO 5801-based test procedure. Test results are compared with the ordered performance requirements before shipment.
Supply & Spare Parts
Lead Time

Technical Documents
Supply documentation can include the confirmed specification, GA drawing, motor data, performance test records and applicable inspection documents.
Spare Parts
Replacement impellers, bearings, belts, pulleys, motors and other service components can be ordered against the original fan configuration.
Parts Identification
Provide the fan model, serial number, component name and required quantity when ordering replacement parts to match the original assembly.
FAQ
Q: What information is required to select a smoke exhaust fan?
A: Provide the required airflow, static pressure, fire rating, operating temperature and duration, installation position, duct connection dimensions and power supply. For project selection, the duct layout and discharge direction may also be required.
Q: Can the fan replace an existing smoke exhaust fan?
A: Yes. Provide the existing fan model, nameplate data, performance requirements and connection dimensions for replacement matching. Existing GA drawings or dimensional drawings can also be used for engineering review.
Q: Can the fan replace an imported brand?
A: Yes. Existing fan drawings, nameplate data and connection dimensions can be reviewed to match the required airflow, pressure, installation dimensions and drive arrangement.
Q: Can the fan be connected to an existing duct system?
A: Yes. Flange dimensions, bolt-hole patterns, discharge direction and mounting dimensions can be manufactured according to the approved duct and installation requirements.
Q: What drawings and documents are available before production?
A: A GA drawing can be provided for approval, showing overall dimensions, flange locations, mounting points, discharge direction and motor arrangement. Performance and motor data can also be supplied according to the project requirements.
Q: What should be checked before installation?
A: Check the approved GA drawing, duct connection, foundation or mounting structure, electrical supply, rotation direction and maintenance access before installation.
Q: How are replacement parts identified?
A: Provide the fan model and serial number together with the required component and quantity. This information is used to match replacement impellers, bearings, belts, pulleys, motors and other service components to the original fan configuration.
