Motor & Drive Configuration

Global Electrical Compatibility: Configurable for standard 50 Hz and 60 Hz supplies across single-phase and three-phase regional voltages.

Low Maintenance Drive: Direct-drive construction eliminates belt wear, tensioning, and routine replacement costs.

VFD Ready: Fully compatible with Variable Frequency Drives for energy-saving speed control.

Impeller & Aerodynamic Design

Aerodynamic Profile: Diagonal curved blades combine axial airflow paths with radial pressure acceleration.

Inline Duct Layout: Straight-through cylindrical casing integrates directly into continuous duct runs without complex offsets.

Noise Control

Acoustic Testing: Sound levels are measured according to ISO 3744 standards (complete octave band data available upon request).

Low-Noise Options: Lower-RPM motor options and flexible duct expansion joints can be specified for sound-sensitive environments.

Customization & Project Requirements

RFQ Engineering Inputs: To receive an accurate quotation and selection model, please provide target airflow, total static pressure, gas medium composition, operating temperature, and local power supply.

Casing Options: Available in heavy-gauge carbon steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel variants.

Protective Coating: Carbon steel models can receive electrostatically applied powder coating to improve resistance to humidity and surface corrosion.

Mechanical Adaptation: Custom flange bolt patterns, mounting foot locations, and matching companion flanges manufactured to project drawings.

OEM Branding: Private-label nameplates, custom tag numbers, and project-specific packaging available.

Quality Testing

Aerodynamic Testing: Airflow and static pressure performance verified per ISO 5801 / AMCA 210 wind tunnel test standards.

Impeller Dynamic Balancing: Balanced on precision balancing machines per ISO 1940-1 with balance reports available.

Vibration Testing: Fan vibration is checked using calibrated accelerometers according to applicable factory standards.

Electrical Safety Inspection: Insulation resistance and dielectric testing are conducted per IEC 60034-1 motor standards.

Packaging & Delivery

Export Packaging: Packed in IPPC ISPM 15-compliant fumigated plywood crates with internal moisture-proof wrapping.

Lead Time: Standard catalog units ship within 15 to 25 business days following final drawing sign-off.

Warranty Coverage: Supported by a 12-month factory warranty from the Bill of Lading date against manufacturing defects.

FAQ

Q: What is the MOQ for mixed-flow fans?

A: The MOQ is 1 unit for standard models (QY-MF-350/500/800). Custom flange or coating configurations require 2 units due to tooling costs.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We accept a 30% T/T deposit, with the balance due before shipment, or L/C at sight for orders above USD 15,000. Quotations remain valid for 30 days.

Q: What motor efficiency class is used?

A: Standard units use IE3 premium-efficiency motors.

Q: Can the fan handle corrosive, high-temperature, or dusty gases?

A: Standard carbon-steel units handle gas temperatures up to 80°C. For corrosive media or temperatures up to 150°C, we recommend a stainless-steel casing with a high-temperature motor, quoted separately.

Q: Is third-party inspection or a test report available?

A: Yes. SGS, BV, or TÜV inspection can be arranged at the buyer's cost. A factory aerodynamic/vibration test report referencing ISO 5801 and ISO 1940-1 is issued for every unit.

Q: Do you provide installation drawings or commissioning support?

A: General arrangement drawings are provided within 5 days of order confirmation. Remote commissioning via video call is included; on-site commissioning is available for an additional fee and travel costs.

Q: What are the actual noise levels?

A: Measured at 1 meter under free-field conditions, levels are approximately 62 dB(A) for QY-MF-350, 71 dB(A) for QY-MF-500, and 78 dB(A) for QY-MF-800.

Q: Can you match an existing duct-flange pattern?

A: Yes. Provide the existing flange drawing or dimensions, and our engineers will match the bolt pattern and mounting footprint at no additional design charge for standard casing materials.
